Nutrition and Fitness Counseling


Good eating habits are the foundation of health. In order to obtain and maintain optimal health and an ideal body weight, you must follow a nutritionally balanced eating program. The staff at The Woodlands Wellness and Cosmetic Center will educate you regarding a simple yet balanced eating program. You will be given our “Eating For Life” cookbook and will read about our complete nutritionally balanced eating program. This cookbook is filled with healthy recipes and step-by-step instructions to follow as you make the transition into healthy eating. 


We also have a nutrition and fitness counselor on staff that can help you make small changes that can yield big results.  Whether you want to get your family back on track with healthy meals or have weight to lose, let our nutritionist help you.  Our nutritionist is available for pantry clean outs, grocery-store tours, meal planning or nutrition counseling.


In addition, our nutrition and fitness counselor offers a variety of programs to help you reach your fitness goals.  Available for private training or group boot camps, we can give you the tools you need to meet those goals.
